Welcome, adults only

THC Town is for adults 21 or older, or the legal age in your town. By using the site you promise you meet that age.

Education, not advice

Guides describe what is legal in each town in plain words. They are not legal advice and not medical advice. Laws change fast. Always check the official source we link before you act. When in doubt, assume it is banned.

Nothing is for sale here

We list licensed shops, lounges, tours and gear stores. We sell nothing. We take no cut. Prices, menus and stock on linked sites belong to those businesses.

House rules for submissions

Listings, reviews and comments must be true, yours to share, and legal where you live. Never post sourcing, deals, prices for flower, delivery offers, or anything for underage people. We may edit or remove anything that breaks these rules, with no warning and no appeal beyond one polite email.

Your content

You keep your rights. By posting you give us a free worldwide license to show it on the site and in backups. You promise you have the right to share photos you upload.

Accuracy

Venues open, close and change rules. We check at publish time and note the date, but we cannot promise every detail stays current. Owners: claim your listing to keep it fresh.

Limits

The site runs as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for actions you take based on guides, for linked sites, or for user posts. If a rule here cannot apply in your country, the rest still stands.
